Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, excluding any amounts paid for shipping.

How to make a return

    1. Go to returns.caleres.co.uk enter your order number (located on your delivery note and order confirmation email) and email address.
    2. Select the item(s) you would like to return from the options available and don't forget to enter the reason(s) for return.
    3. If you have a printer, select to print the label yourself. If you don’t have a printer, select print in store where you can scan your qr code on your smart device. (please ensure that you have your smart device with you when in store.)
    4. Place the item(s) in the original packaging, secure with tape; and, if you printed a label yourself, stick the return label to the outside. If you have selected to print in store, the shopkeeper will advise how to create and print your label.
    5. Find your local return stores: for UK: go to evri.com for Ireland returns: go to parcelconnect.ie
    6. Please keep hold of your returns receipt should you need it for future reference. (the qr code service is currently only available for UK mainland customers, excludes Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.)
      • Naturalizer is not responsible for return shipping costs and/or parcels lost in transit if steps 1-5 above are not followed.
      • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
      • Please allow up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
      • We cannot process returns purchases made through other retailers.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Once we have received your order back in our warehouse, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Where do I drop off my parcel for a return?
For UK returns: go to evri.com for your local Evri parcelshop where you can drop off your parcel.
For Ireland returns: go to parcelconnect.ie

Can I exchange my item/s?
It is not possible to exchange any items you purchased from our online shop. Please return unwanted items for a refund and then place a new order.

Did you purchase from one of our authorised retailers?
If you purchased from a Naturalizer authorised retailer, please process the return directly with the retailer according to their return policy.

A note about unauthorised retailers:
While some of our retailers are authorised to sell on Amazon, many are not. Naturalizer does not offer refunds or credits on products purchased from any unauthorised dealers. Naturalizer does not authorise any of its retailers to sell on ebay. Accordingly, Naturalizer does not offer any refunds or credits for Naturalizer products purchased on ebay.

Please be aware, if you purchase from a retailer who is not listed as authorised, the product may be counterfeit. These counterfeit products may not provide the high quality standards found in Naturalizer products. We cannot guarantee the quality, fit or feel of counterfeit products.
