How do I return my order?

When will I receive my order?
Going forward all orders will be fulfilled by our warehouse in the US. Orders may take up to 18 days to deliver.
How much is shipping?
Naturalizer.com has adopted Global E to help our customers shop, shipping to locations worldwide. Your order total with all shipping fees, customs fees and taxes will be available during checkout in your chosen country and currency. You can find out more at naturalizer.com/help/shipping.
What will happen to my data?
From the 1st September all customer data will be deleted. Note that that UK customer data will not be shared with naturalizer.com
