How do I return my order?
All existing orders still fall under our 30-day returns policy. Find out more about how to make a return below:
- Go to returns.caleres.co.uk enter your order number (located on your delivery note and order confirmation email) and email address.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return from the options available and don't forget to enter the reason(s) for return.
- If you have a printer, select to print the label yourself. If you don’t have a printer, select print in store where you can scan your qr code on your smart device. (please ensure that you have your smart device with you when in store.)
- Place the item(s) in the original packaging, secure with tape; and, if you printed a label yourself, stick the return label to the outside. If you have selected to print in store, the shopkeeper will advise how to create and print your label.
- Find your local return stores: for UK: go to evri.com for Ireland returns: go to parcelconnect.ie
- Please keep hold of your returns receipt should you need it for future reference. (the qr code service is currently only available for UK mainland customers, excludes Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.)
- Naturalizer is not responsible for return shipping costs and/or parcels lost in transit if steps 1-5 above are not followed.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
- We cannot process returns purchases made through other retailers.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Once we have received your order back in our warehouse, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
When will I receive my order?
Going forward all orders will be fulfilled by our warehouse in the US. Orders may take up to 18 days to deliver.
How much is shipping?
Naturalizer.com has adopted Global E to help our customers shop, shipping to locations worldwide. Your order total with all shipping fees, customs fees and taxes will be available during checkout in your chosen country and currency. You can find out more at naturalizer.com/help/shipping.
What will happen to my data?
From the 1st September all customer data previously provided will be deleted. Note that that UK customer data will not be shared with naturalizer.com
What will happen to my current naturalizer.co.uk account?
From the 1st September all accounts will close, and your order history and data will be deleted. You can create a new account at naturalizer.com/account/sign-in.
Will I continue to receive emails?
From the 1st August, emails from naturalizer.co.uk will cease, and all customer data will be deleted. To stay in the loop about sales promotions, trends and more, sign up for our emails on the naturalizer.com site.
